It was previously known as Crown Residence, but relaunched with its new name in 2015. Court 28 @ KL City is a development of style and quality located in the heart of the city within minutes of the famed Jalan Ipoh. With its prime location, the developers of Court 28 @ KL City have stated that their development will be unrivalled in terms of amenities and accessibility to the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. As such, the selling point for Court 28 @ KL City is its location rather than its views which will be blocked by Putra Majestik in Sentul. Court 28 @ KL City is deemed to be a worthy investment due to its location in the heart of the city which has attracted the attention of many an investor. Its prices are however said to be astronomical to the area it is in, as to be expected a development that close to the city. The minimum selling price of Court 28 @ KL City is rumoured to be at approximately RM450,000 for the smallest unit at the lowest level. The developer of Court 28 @ KL City appears to be one of integrity and strong financial backing, as it is said that as Crown Residence, Court 28 @ KL City did not do too well and the developer hence refunded all the owners their money with the penalty; and then relaunched Crown Residence as Court 28 @ KL City. Court 28 @ KL City was relaunched in the fourth quarter of 2015 to very low publicity. Even online forums that were quite active in pursuing this project found a lack of information on it. It was however agreed that Court 28 @ KL City would prove to be a good investment. Every living room and bedroom here will also come with a complementary air-conditioner. Added to these furnishings will also be more value added fixtures, including an intercom system, solid timber floorings complemented by marble slabs.
