Cristal Residence is a residential enclave located in Cyberjaya, spanning 11.44 acres of land. Cristal Residence is designed to be a one-stop enclave which offers an entire range of facilities to suit all walks of lives regardless of age, while the luxurious villas come with the option of a private lift. All of the homes will be tastefully designed by the developer, with quality kitchen cabinets, air-conditioners and glass panels for all the bathrooms. The maintenance fees for the condominiums and the villas differ, as while the condominiums are paying their maintenance based on RM0.30 psf, the villas will fortunately be paying based on footprint rather than built-up; hence they will be paying a similar rate to residents of the condominiums. It is also to be noted that the facilities are shared between the high rises and the landed properties. Also noteworthy is that the parking lots offered to condominium tenants at Cristal Residence will find that their lots are tandem parking lots, while only Type C and Type D will be given side-by-side parking lots.
