KSL Residences @ Daya is a serviced residence located in Johor Bahru, which
boasts contemporary homes within the Kempas-Tebrau growth corridor. The development consists of 3
buildings, which house 804 units over a podium complex.
The suites of KSL Residences come in several layout types, with the studio Type D being 456 sf in size, ideal

drive away. Daily necessities and groceries can be obtained from the Econsave, AEON BiG, Tesco, and Giant
hypermarkets nearby, while the AEON Tebrau City mall is also not too far off. On another note, the Austin Hill
Golf and Country Club, the Ponderosa Golf and Country Club are also within reach, along with the Kempas
Medical Centre and Hospital Sultan Ismail. Notable schools in the area include the Austin Heights Private and
International Schools, and the Fairview International School, while Sunway College is just across Jalan Daya
from the property.
KSL Residences is located off Jalan Kangar Tebrau, which enables direct access to the Pasir Gudang
Highway. The highway is the main route connecting the residence to the Johor Bahru city centre
approximately 10km away, as well as the industrial town of Pasir Gudang, further west. Other major roads and
highways accessible to and from the property are the Tebrau Highway and the Johor Bahru Eastern Dispersal
Link (EDL), which are alternate ways to JB city. On top of that, the North-South Expressway (NSE) is also
reachable from the development, leading north to other towns like Skudai and Senai.
