Long Branch Residences @ Hometree is the first phase of the Hometree mixed development project spearheaded by BCB Berhad. The gated and guarded residence consists of 101 bungalows that are 2.5 storeys tall. The project was completed in 2016, and sits by the bank of the Klang River in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. The bungalows have 8 layouts, Type A/A1, B, C/C1, D/D1, E, F/F1, G/G1 and H. The layouts have varying built-ups that range from 4,942 sf to 7,063 sf. The bungalows also have set ups which sees the smallest unit have 5 bedrooms, 1 maid’s room, and 8 bathrooms; while the largest unit has 6 bedrooms, 1 maid’s room and 9 bathrooms. The units have a launch price that starts from RM2,017,018, and will be able to fit a large family. Facilities are spread through the whole of Long Branch Residences @ Hometree, with most of it centralised within the clubhouse of the mixed development. Within the clubhouse, there is a swimming and wading pool. There is also a function room for events and gatherings to take place. A gym and yoga area is also prepared for tenants who are looking to keep their fitness and wellbeing in constant check. There is also a public bath for visitors and residents to use within the clubhouse. Within the residences, on the other hand, are linear gardens that branch along the path of the homes, bringing nature close. There is a half basketball court for some sports activities, and there is a playground prepared for children to have fun at as well. An exercise corner, aroma garden and reflexology corner can be a substitute for the clubhouse gym and yoga area. Amenities will not come short, with a few rows of shop-offices that are located right outside of the mixed development. The shops provide amenities such as workshops, restaurants, service centres, mini-marts and offices. There is also an industrial hub nearby, where tenants can source out raw materials and other services from. It is also close to Bukit Rimau, where an AEON BiG is located. Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Kemuning is also nearby, where parents can send their children to. Long Branch Residences @ Hometree can be easily accessed via the KESAS Highway, where townships such as Klang, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya and Puchong can be reached. It is also linked to the Shah Alam-Kemuning Highway, which subsequently connects to other major highways in the Klang Valley, such as the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) and the Federal Highway.
