Pinnacle is located in the busy township of Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. The development is a project by Pinnacle Homes Sdn Bhd, it consists of 832 serviced apartment units and 50 retail units. The 3 residential towers stand
at 38 storeys high, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
There are various layouts for the serviced apartment to choose from, with built-up ranging from 692 sf to 1,022 sf. The
smallest unit is capable of housing 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, while the largest unit has 3 bedrooms, 1 extra room and 3 bathrooms. Other layouts include ones that have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as 3 bedrooms and 3
bathrooms. This serviced apartment will be suitable for young adults, as well as small to medium-sized families who are
looking for a new place to stay near the Kuala Lumpur city centre.
In the Pinnacle, there is a dedicated floor for most of the facilities to be placed in, and most of them are similar to what
you would find in a residential clubhouse. There is a swimming pool and a wading pool for tenants who are looking to
cool off from the hot weather, and a jacuzzi to relax in. There are also public toilets and changing rooms on the same
floor, for the sake of convenience for both residents and guests.
For those who are looking to keep their fitness and wellness in check, there is a gym a jogging track, a zen garden and a
yoga deck to do just that. A daycare centre and a children’s playground is also provided for the convenience of busy
parents. A multipurpose court and barbecue area are included as part of the facilities for social gatherings. Apart from

Placed smack in the middle of the Sri Petaling town centre, most of its amenities are readily available within walking distance of the Pinnacle. Apart from the retail stores within the serviced apartment, there are also shops nearby that consist of restaurants, clinics, boutiques, workshops, small factories and pharmacies. It is also a stone’s throw away from the Tuesday and Friday night market sites, providing extra choices for food and daily necessities.
The development can be easily accessed via the KESAS Highway, the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway, the EastWest Link Expressway and the Bukit Jalil Highway. Other townships that are within reach via the highways include
Puchong, Cheras, Bukit Jalil and Subang Jaya. Not only that, commuting to Kuala Lumpur is also made easy, with the
Bukit Jalil Light Rail Transit (LRT) station just a short drive away.
