About This Project
Comprising three 43-storey residential towers, Sentral Suites, Kl Sentral was launched in November 2016. Situated on a 4.92-acre leasehold land within KL Sentral transport oriented development, Sentral Suites offers 1,434 serviced residential units with 41 retail lots on its podium floors. Sentral Suites had shown some promising interest during its soft launch in January 2016 with 700 out of the 976 serviced residences (Tower 1 and Tower 3) offered being snapped up. The serviced residential units have built ups ranging from 650 sq. ft. to 1,166 sq. ft. and are priced from RM1,200 per sq. ft.
The developer, Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) are optimistic about the development as it is located in the enclave of KL Sentral which sees footfalls of approximately 200,000 people comprising of commuters, shoppers and working professionals.Sentral Suites is slated for completion in 2021.

Equipped with world-class facilities overlooking KL city skyline, Sentral Suites are ideal for those that emphasise on transportation conveniences for their daily travels. Investors are also intrigued by the proximity of the development with KL Sentral transportation hub as the gross rental return in the Kuala Lumpur is between 4% and 6% compared with similar properties in Singapore which only commands 3% to 4% gross rental returns.
