Seringin Residences is one of the latest to be completed and quite possibly the last new development in the limited space of Kuchai, that is much coveted for its excellent location close to the city centre yet far away enough from the NSK hypermarket and the Ajinomoto factory to discourage foreigners from staying here. While the units were sold out long before the condominium was ever completed, the majority of the buyers are purported to be property speculators. Upon its completion which was approximately seven months late, it was also commented and noticed by passerbys’ that the walls running round the condominium were abnormally high and were topped by what looked like electrical fencing; which some commented looked just like prison walls.
