Setia Pinnacle is an upcoming luxury condominium development in Sungai Ara, Penang. True to its name, the single residential complex towers over the surrounding greenery at 38 storeys tall. Schools in the vicinities of the development include the Chung Hwa Chinese Secondary School, SK Seri Relau, the Fairview International School, SK Bayan Baru, SRJK (C) Shih Chung, and SJK (C) Heng Ee among others. The nearest hospital is Hospital Pantai Mutiara, about a 10-minute drive away. Accessibility wise, Setia Pinnacle is located just off Persiaran Relau higher up the hill, which may require residents to have their own transportation for better ease. Persiaran Relau connects to Jalan Tun Dr. Awang, which in turn also links to Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway. As such, the first Penang bridge and the town of Gelugor are merely 10 minutes away while Bayan Lepas is also about equal distance from the property.
