About this project

SkyAwani 2 is a successor of SkyWorld Develoment's project - Sky Awani Residence. Developed on 2.78 acres of 99-year leasehold land at Jalan Ipoh in Sentul, all units of this mid-range serviced residence are allegedly sold out. With a total of 708 units offered spread between two towers standing at 39 and 44 storeys respectively, the residence comes with two types of layouts, namely Type A and Type B at 800 sf each, where both spot 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, and having even a balcony.

On top of that, a carpark bay will be provided for each unit. There will be 12 units per floor for Tower A, where 3 are Type A and the remaining 9 are Type B units. Meanwhile, for Tower B, there will be 10 units per floor where only 2 will be Type A and the other 8 will be Type B homes. It is also stated that there will be 3 lifts serving each block. What is great about this development is that since it is a RUMAWIP (Rumah Mampu Milik Wilayah Persekutuan scheme, an initiative by the state government), all units are priced at RM300,000 each, which translates to RM375 psf. As for the facilities, it can be considered on a par with, or in some cases even better than other high-end condominiums.

With maintenance fee that is expected to be around RM0.20 psf, SkyAwani 2 has different types of pools like lap pool and leisure pool, a gymnasium, a half basketball court, a yoga deck, and a games room. These are more than enough facilities for one to live a modern leisure lifestyle.

Needless to say, for a strategically located project by a well-received developer at an affordable price, SkyAwani 2 is indeed a bargain for both own-stay and investment, though with some rules to abide for the latter since it is a RUMAWIP project. When it comes to public transportation, aside from buses and cabs, Sentul is also served by both KTM and RapidKL train services with stations like in Sentul, Batu Kantonmen, and Kampung Batu for KTM, and Sentul and Sentul Timur for RapidKL in its Sri Petaling/Ampang line. They are all within 5km radius to where the serviced residence is located. For a strategically located project by a well-received developer at an affordable price, SkyAwani 2 is indeed a bargain for both own-stay and investment.
