surveillance at blind spots and all areas, with an access card required for access to every part of the building. The
building will also have integrated panic buttons for emergencies.
In terms of transportation, there are a myriad of highways that residents can get to quickly and conveniently. The Shah
Alam Expressway (KESAS) is nearby as is the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). By utilising these roads, getting
to Bandar Sunway and Shah Alam is very convenient.
The closest LRT train station is only 10 minutes away from Sky Condominium, and bus and taxi terminals are only 5
minutes away. For amenities there is the Puchong town centre which has every bank conceivable, and there is also the
IOI Shopping Mall for entertainment.
Unfortunately despite the ease of accessibility of many major highways servicing this area, traffic in Puchong is still congestion-prone especially during peak hours. This is the only real issue that purchasers worry about, but the
upcoming proposed Kinrara-Damansara Expressway (KIDEX) is expected to alleviate this situation.
