About This Project
**##Overview##**Taman Putra Perdana (TPP), Puchong South, is a residential township located 55 minutes drive South of Kuala Lumpur and only 15 minutes drive to Cyberjayas city centre. Developed by Kenshine Corporation Sdn.Bhd. (a subsidiary of Talam Corporation) in 1997 it has evolved into a notable property investment area after a bad start involving shoddy workmanship of homes built, poor roads, flooding, and a host of other problems. Also bordering Dengkil and situated at the Southern tip of Puchong, this leasehold land development is not too far away from KLIA in the South-East and Puchong city in the North to North-West.TPP is now a self-sustaining township with a multi-racial population with Malays being the majority and is considered a middleclass area. There are many residents living here who are students from Cyberjaya as well as office workers from Putrajaya who commute on a daily basis. Its properties are a mix of cluster homes, apartments, and shop lots while the main roads are wide, well maintained with green buffer zones, nature strips with kerbs and lots of trees in rows. The streets in the housing sections are neat and tidy with plenty of greenery too while a lot of them are winding roads with interesting perspectives. But some main roads are not so well maintained like Jalan Putra Perdana 6/6 which has very unkempt greenery. There are many apartment blocks in TPP, for example, Dahlia Apartments, Anggerik Apartments, Kenanga Apartments, Pangsapuri Siantan, Rista Villa Apartments, Teratai Apartments, and Seroja Apartments, besides others. Townships surrounding this development are Bandar Nusa Putra, Bandar Saujana Putra, and Taman Aman Putra besides Cyberjaya.**##Amenities &Facilities##**Although having many amenities and facilities like a futsal court, playgrounds, open fields, kindergartens, Police station, mosque, surau, Petronas petrol station, multi-purpose hall, even a pasar malam, and others, however, TPP does not really have many shop lots with food outlets and retail shopping. But, in nearby Cyberjaya and Putrajaya there are a host of retail shop lots, restaurants, cafes, products, and services found in various spots like shopping malls, business centres in podiums of condominiums and commercial shop lot centres. Shaftsbury Square, DPulze Shopping Centre, and IOI Mall are some examples. The few eateries in TPP include a food court, Restoran Barakah Asria, Lailas Houz, Pasta Express, and Rio Grill House besides some grocery stores, and etc. Schools like SK Putra Perdana 2, SMK Putra Perdana, and SRA Taman Putra Perdana are within this township located at strategic positions. Taylors International School, Puchong, and Multimedia University both are a couple of notable academic Institutions not too far away from this residential enclave. There are clinics and polyclinics, within and without this township and all easily reachable by car. Putrajaya Hospital is 15 to 16 minutes driving distance from TPP while Serdang Hospital is further away taking 25 to 30 minutes to get there by car.**##Accessibility & Transportation##**Accessibility has improved tremendously with highways and interchanges being built over the years to facilitate faster driving times and more convenient logistics with minimal hassles from road congestions in the areas in and around TPP. Jalan Puchong the main road going through this area links with roads like Jalan Pantai Perdana 5a, Jalan Pantai Perdana 3a, and Jalan Putra Perdana 6/6 besides Lingkaran Putrajaya that in turn connects to the ELITE Highway and also to Persiaran Sepang. The LDP, Lingkaran Putrajaya, and SKVE Highways provide TPP with good linkage to other areas in Klang Valley while bus routes ply through certain roads in TPP offering transport to students and office workers to Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.
