Taman Putri Kulai is a mature township located in Kulai, Johor. The development was completed in the 1970s, but is now a part of the Iskandar Malaysia initiative done by the state. The town consists of terrace and semi-detached homes, with commercial centres, as well as a light industrial park. The terrace units come in two basic variations, which are the single storey and double storey units. The single storey homes have a built-up from 1,400 sf and comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the double storey types are sized from 1,540 sf, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Larger units are also present, with the addition of semi-detached homes sized from 2,800 sf, and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The security feature varies within the phases, with some homes getting 24-hour security, and some of the newer phases getting a gated and guarded system. Other than that, there are central parks that are scattered around the town, where residents can find playgrounds for their children, and a large space for recreational activities to take place. Taman Putri Kulai is an established, self-sustainable township, tenants will be able to enjoy the wide range of amenities that are situated within the neighbourhood. The light-industrial park contains workshops and small manufacturers. The commercial hubs, on the other hand, consists of mini-marts, offices, restaurants, convenience stores and various shops. There is also an Econsave hypermarket in Taman Putri Kulai, where tenants will be able to get their daily necessities from. The neighbourhood is also neighbouring Bandar Indahpura, a township which will be able to provide more choices in terms of amenities. Taman Putri Kulai can be reached easily via Jalan Besar and the North-South Highway (NSE). With the former, residents will be able to travel to Senai, Skudai and the Johor Bahru city centre, while the latter will be able to connect tenants to the rest of the Peninsula and Singapore.
