The 3.68-acre project has a gross development value of RM650 million and is expected to complete by 2020. In collaboration with the Building Sector Energy Efficiency Project, a national project set up by the United Nations Development Programme and the Public Works Department of Malaysia, the energy-efficient design is designed to consume less electricity in the long run with the instalment of low shading coefficient single-glazed windows, shading devices, LED lighting and inverter air conditioning. All units also come with marble floor finishes for the living area, homogeneous tiles for the balcony, wet kitchen and bathrooms, engineered wood flooring for the bedrooms, and carefully selected bathroom fixtures which include designer sanitary ware, quality brass taps and stone composite bathtubs. To boost, The Estate houses five swimming pools which are two sky pools for each tower, a lap pool, a family pool and kid’s pool, multipurpose hall, sky dining and café, meditation room as well as cabanas with jacuzzi. Adding a breath of fresh air to the luxury property market, and with abundant amenities and MNC offices in the area, The Estate caters to the higher spectrum of the market especially the expatriate community and those looking to upgrade.
