Regalia Residence or The Regalia is a luxury serviced residence in Kuala Lumpur’s city centre, just off Jalan Sultan Ismail. Developed by Malaysia Land Properties Sdn Bhd (Mayland), Regalia Residence is surrounded by prominent landmarks and affluent neighbourhoods (Kenny Hills or Bukit Tunku), with the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower about a 10 to 15-minute drive away.
