About this project
The Troika is a luxury condominium development in Kuala Lumpur city centre (KLCC), being located on Persiaran KLCC, adjacent to Jalan Binjai. The project is developed by BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd and designed by world-famous architect Norman Foster.
The Troika comprises of three towers (38, 44, 55 storeys) housing a total of 229 units. Built-ups from the units range from about 990 sq ft for SoHo units (1 to 4-bedrooms) to 11,205 sq ft for the largest penthouse unit (4 to 6-bedrooms).
A unique feature of The Troika is its Sky Lobby spanning across the three towers and connected by two glass-encased sky bridges. The Sky Lobby offers magnificent views of the KL city skyline. Besides a landscaped courtyard, a timber deck on the development houses the swimming pool and a wading pool as well as other amenities.
Other facilities include gymnasium, games room, multipurpose hall, Jacuzzi, laundry services and more. A commercial component, The Necklace - which The Troika towers rise from - houses retail outlers, restaurants, offices, while the roof houses several recreational facilities for the residents.
The Troika enjoys excellent connectivity to other parts of KL via major roads and highways such as Jalan Ampang, the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (Akleh), Jalan Tun Razak as well as SMART Tunnel. The Ampang Park LRT station is within walking distance while the KLCC LRT station is also a stone's throw away (about 400m).
Being located in the heart of KL means the iconic Petronas Twin Towers and its shopping component - Suria KLCC is a short distance away (walkable). Similarly, the popular Bukit Bintang area and its shopping belt is also within the vicinity.
The nearby health facilities comprise of Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur, HSC Medical Centre, Hospital Pusrawi, Prince Court Medical Centre and Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL).
