United Point Residence is another highly anticipated project from the leading Singaporean developer UOA Group who transformed Kampung Kerinchi into Bangsar South similar to Mont Kiara’s history. Now penetrating Segambut to leave their mark of excellence in the area, United Point Residence, an integrated development is being built to feature serviced residences and retail lots. United Point Residence will however also feature the developer’s obsession with high density developments, featuring 2509 units of both shops and serviced apartments on 9.8 acres of freehold land. There will be three blocks of 45 storeys with eight different layouts ranging between 667 sf and 1,206 sf. Every residential unit will come with a minimum of one parking lot and two bedrooms. Although United Point Residence was to be officially launched in Q1 of 2016, it was almost entirely sold out before its soft launch. Buyers were scrambling to purchase a unit at United Point Residence if not multiple units with their confidence in the developer’s excellent choice of location and quality of building. These homes are however quite affordable despite the developer’s excellent reputation and the development’s central location with a minimum selling price of RM532,760. As of January 2016, not much details have been released on United Point Residence. It is however confirmed that there will be the usual facilities of swimming pool, wading pool, barbecue area and gymnasium. There will also be a multipurpose hall and children’s playground. With the convenience of multiple public amenities around the area, United Point Residence is also close to international and public schools, hospitals, hypermarkets and shopping centres. United Point Residence is also well connected to major suburbs via main highways. Of the many highways situated around United Point Residence is the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway 2 (DUKE 2) which is under construction as of January 2016, the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), Penchala Link, PLUS Highway and the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2).
