Vista Indah Putra is a handsome property in terms of designs and its environment, with a maintenance fee of between RM80 and RM100 as of 2015. Due to its widespread blocks, it is not as densely populated as other developments and it is surrounded by more lush greenery too. However, there have been complaints from residents regarding the tenancy of foreigners and their dirty habits. According to a resident, these foreigners kept throwing all sorts of rubbish down from their units and despite the reports lodged to the management, efforts to curb the issue were unsuccessful.
