KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 17): Property developer Encorp Bhd launched its Encorp Marina Puteri Harbour yesterday (Tuesday).

Encorp Marina, which has a total gross development value (GDV) of RM500 million, is a high-rise freehold development comprising two towers housing 538 units of service residences as well as retail podiums.

The development is expected to be completed in 2015, targeting both local and foreign buyers with anticipated interest from Malaysian, Singaporean and Indonesian buyers.

The development is situated in the Iskandar region in Johor and is 10 minutes away from the Tuas check-point in Singapore.

It is also 30 minutes from Singapore's central business district, and 20 minutes by water taxi to Singapore's Raffle's Marina.

Encorp Marina will be another flagship development by Encorp, adding to its current property development of RM3.4 billion in GDV.
