ForestHill Damansara’s first phase achieves 90% sales

KUALA LUMPUR: Ehsan Bina Sdn Bhd’s residential development, ForestHill Damansara, has achieved a take-up rate of 90% since its first launch last weekend.

Located on 28 acres of leasehold residential land next to Flora Damansara near Damansara Perdana in Petaling Jaya, ForestHill Damansara commands an overall gross development value of RM250 million. There were 58 zero-lot bungalows up for sale at the launch with built-ups from 4,740 to 5,485 sq ft. Prices ranged from RM2.99 million to RM4 million.

The guarded development is within a lush forest environment.  Each unit comes with a home lift, private reflective pool, spacious layout, a wide driveway, garden balconies and a multi-tiered security system with CCTV surveillance. Purchasers will  have access to a clubhouse equipped with an infinity pool facing a six-acre lake as well as a gymnasium and playground.

The development includes bungalows and semi-detached homes which will be introduced in the second phase.

According to Ehsan Bina director Eric Chow, the property market continues to remain positive and premium products in a good location will be a good choice.

“Surrounded by a plethora of amenities as well as vibrant commercial and recreational centres in Mutiara Damansara and Bandar Utama like The Curve, Ikea, 1 Utama and the upcoming Empire City, Damansara Perdana will become a central hub of Petaling Jaya.

“We expect ForestHill Damansara to see good demand due to its location in these booming property hotspots,” said Chow.

He said the development targets buyers from the Klang Valley between the ages of 35 and 50 as well as those who plan to have three generations staying together. The homes are also suitable for retirees.

ForestHill Damansara is connected to major road networks such as the Damansara-Puchong Highway, the New Klang Valley Expressway, Persiaran Surian, Penchala Link, the Sprint Highway and the North-South Highway.

The development is also near the upcoming Klang Valley mass rapid transit, which will provide easy commute to key areas in the Klang Valley. The project is estimated to be completed by 2015.

Ehsan Bina was incorporated in August 1989. Its completed developments are Uptown Residence in Damansara Utama, Casa Tropicana in Persiaran Tropicana Golf & Country Resort and Casa Villa in Section 4, Shah Alam, Selangor.
