KUALA LUMPUR: Phase 1 of The Galleria @ Klang Sentral, a lifestyle mall project by Titijaya Group, has hit a take-up rate of 50% since its preview in December last year.

The freehold development, which is connected to Giant hypermarket and Klang Sentral bus and taxi terminal, offers 74 units of 3-storey shops spread over four blocks. Each block is connected to the other by link bridges on multiple levels which allows total exploration of the building from block to block, top to bottom.

According to Titijaya sales and marketing director Charmaine Lim, The Galleria is designed to incorporate the latest trends and concepts, innovative and engaging ideas to provide a new retail environment and targets owner occupiers and investors.

There is an emphasis on water features and green landscaping which compliments the open air concept of the building, making it more accessible and user friendly, said Lim.

The development boast a minimalist but modern approach in its facade with the use of simple yet colorful line and box features. Colors are carefully selected to exude a vibrant and fun atmosphere and encourage user activity.

The four blocks are deliberately aligned to create a central courtyard and internal boulevard which is the main spatial feature of the building.

"We have obtained positive response and feedback from our customers, they are very excited about the concept," said Lim.

The Galleria will be officially launched on Saturday, Mar 12, and Lim is confident it will sell well.

"It is a one of its kind commercial development in North Klang. Since we only have 74 units in total, we are very confident that it will be snapped up soon," said Lim.
