Guangxi targets 70%-80% take up by September

KUALA LUMPUR (June 18): Property developer Guangxi Dev & Cap Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of SSF Corporation Sdn Bhd, is targeting a 70% to 80% take up rate by the end of September for its newest development dubbed A Residency D'Suria Condominium in Ampang.

The development sits on three acres of leasehold land in Ampang Hilir, and commands a gross development value (GDV) of RM160 million. The development offers 252 units within two 18-storey towers. The units have a built-up of 1,060 sq ft to 2,253 sq ft with prices from RM500 psf or from RM500,000.

Facilities for the development includes a Sky garden, infinity swimming pool, 24-hour security and sauna.

Chong Wei Binajaya Sdn Bhd, a company under World No 1 badminton male single champion Datuk Lee Chong Wei, has been appointed branding and marketing manager for the development.

"We are very positive regarding the take up of the development considering Lee will bring up the reputation of the company," said a spokesperson for Guangxi during a preview of the project on June 15, 2012.

A Residency D'Suria is expected to be completed in 2014.

Guanxi's first development was Residency Duta Suria also in Ampang.
