I-Bhd posts RM4.24m 4Q net profit

KUALA LUMPUR: I-Bhd recorded a 4Q2010 profit of RM4.24 million while its revenue for the same quarter stood at RM3.5 million. The group closed its financial year ended Dec 31, 2010 (FYE 2010), with revenue and net profit of RM9.94 million and RM2.51 million respectively.

In its filing to Bursa Malaysia on Monday, Feb 28, the group said its profit before tax of RM3.83 million FYE 2010 compared to RM0.92 million the year before due to gain in changes in fair value of the group investment properties.

The group expects property development, property investment and leisure to contribute positively for its FYE 2011.
