KUALA LUMPUR: IOI Properties Bhd is targeting 80% sales in three months for its recently launched Skyville project (pictured) in Bandar Puchong Jaya, Selangor.

Skyville is a low-density gated and guarded development comprising only 60 units of 2½-storey semi-detached houses on a 10-acre site.

Launched on Jan 12, the project with a gross development value of RM148 million is situated on an elevated point (250ft above sea level) in Bandar Puchong Jaya, said a spokesperson for the project.

The units have built-ups ranging from 5,370 sq ft to 5,395 sq ft and are priced from RM2,196,000 onwards.

With completion expected in six months, each unit features a skylight shower and Jacuzzi in the master bedroom, intercom link to the guardhouse, CCTV and Smart Home System.

Located close to IOI Boulevard and IOI Mall, the development is accessible via Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), Puchong Sungai Besi Highway and KL Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas).
