PETALING JAYA: I&P Group Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB), will launch two residential projects in its Alam Impian township, Shah Alam on Nov 21.

The two launches, Canting 2 and Nukilan 2 (picture), will offer 174 units of 2-storey terraced homes. With a price tag from RM419,769, Canting 2 will see 103 units with built-ups ranging from 2,467 to 3,517 sq ft. These homes will be on standard lots of 22ft x 80ft.

Nukilan 2, meanwhile, will have 71 units. Measuring 2,792 to 4,410 sq ft, these homes will be built on a standard lots of 24ft x 80ft. They have a price tag of RM 498,000 to RM 1.02 million.

Alam Impian is a 1,235-acre township in Shah Alam with an estimated gross development value of RM4.95 billion. Launched on the idea of “Township of the Arts” in 2006, it offers platforms and features for the arts, such as installation art pieces, landscaped and street art, art gallery and a 31-acre central town park.

Upon completion, the township is expected to offer a total of 10,000 homes for a population of 5,000.
