Khind disposing vacant office lot for RM4.93m

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 18): Khind Holdings Bhd announced that it has signed an agreement to purchase with Miroc Equipment Sdn Bhd on the group's intention to dispose a vacant office lot in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam for RM4.93 million.

In an announcement to Bursa Malaysia today (Tuesday), Khind said that it has received RM98,600 earnest deposit from Miroc, being 2% of the purchase price.

The agreement entails for Miroc to pay 8% of the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) price upon signing the SPA, and the balance 90% to be paid within 90 days after the date of the SPA.

Khind stated that a detailed announcement will be made in regards to the proposed disposal upon execution of the SPA.
