KUALA LUMPUR (Mar 13): Kimlun Corp Bhd has bagged two contracts worth RM151.6 million for real estate deals in Johor Bahru, which are expected to boost earnings until February 2014.

In a statement on Monday, Kimlun said the first project worth RM114.7 million is from S P Setia Bhd's wholly-owned Bukit Indah (Johor) Sdn Bhd to construct serviced apartments and ancillary buildings in Johor Bahru.

The project is expected to be completed by February 2014. The second project is a RM36.9 million job from Keck Seng (M) Bhd for the construction of 244 houses in Johor Bahru, a project expected to be concluded in September 2013, it said.
