SHAH ALAM: Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd has completed Laman Seri Business Park, in Section 13 Shah Alam 18 months ahead of schedule.

The commercial development comprising 46 exclusive high-end units of shops and offices housed in six blocks is now in the process of being handed over for vacant possession.

The Business Park was designed to be a breath of fresh air in Shah Alam. Here we have created a trendy new place not just for business, but also just to ‘chill’,” said SM Faliq. The event was also attended by SM Nasarudin SM Nasimuddin, chairman of Naza TTDI who presented the keys to owners of the units.

Naza TTDI expects a variety of businesses, including three major banks, boutiques, lifestyle spas, fitness centres, popular food and beverage outlets to occupy the Laman Seri Business Park.

“Our aim for this development was to create a conducive place where people can work and meet within an environmentally-friendly setting. This is manifested in the generous provision of public spaces, lush green landscaping completed with synchronised fountains and waterscape and koi pond, wide footpaths and five- foot ways and public utilities,” said Faliq.

The 8.245 acre Laman Seri Business Park’s most distinct feature is the centrally located 37,000 sq ft landscaped piazza with lush greenery and several water features.

Located directly opposite the residential enclave of Laman Seri, the Business Park was launched in March 2008.
