KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia has the second lowest average price of city apartments compared with other countries in region, according to a research by Global Property Guide (GPG).
The average price of city apartments in Singapore and Australia are almost eight and five times more than Malaysian city apartments respectively. Other countries surveyed include Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia and Indonesia which has the lowest priced city apartments.
In terms of gross yields, Malaysia is third with 8.76%, behind Philippines with 8.98% and Indonesia with 11.38%.
