Menang Corp sells land to Negeri Sembilan State Government for RM35.47m

KUALA LUMPUR: Menang Corporation Bhd, via its 71%-owned subsidiary Inovatif Mewah Sdn Bhd, accepted the offer from the State Government of Negeri Sembilan to compulsory acquire three pieces of land measuring 51.2 acres, pursuant to the Land Acquisition Act, 1960, for a new Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) campus.

The Group, in its filing to Bursa Malaysia on Friday, Sept 24, said that the lands are situated with the Seremban 3 Township, which is currently being developed by the Group.

Menang Corp is engaged in property development, letting out of properties and the provision of management services.
