Mirvac to launch The Array

KUALA LUMPUR (May 29): Australian property developer Mirvac will launching its latest high-end development in Melbourne called "Array – the Waterfront Collection" in Malaysia ahead of its Spring 2012 launch in Australia.

Established in 1972, Mirvac is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) with activities across the investment and development spectrum. Among its projects include Newington, Latitude in North Sydney, Magenta Shores and Walsh Bay in Sydney; Waterline Bulimba and Ephraim Island on the Gold Coast. The Heath, The Melburnian and Yarra's Edge in Victoria; and The Peninsula at Burswood in Perth.

The Array residential apartment project is located on the north-facing bank of the Yarra River in Melbourne and is part of the developer's Yarra's Edge which comprises a collection of buildings that are individually distinct yet form a cohesive precinct, according to a press release.
