SINGAPORE: Ho Bee Group and MCL Land officially launched Parvis on Holland Hill on Nov 13. Some 51 of the 248 condominium units have already been snapped up during private previews over the weekend of Nov 7 and 8. Another 10 were sold on Nov 13.

The joint-venture partners have decided to maintain pricing at the S$1,400 (RM3,404) to S$1,600 per sq ft range. As of Nov 13, 61 units have been sold.

The smallest units at Parvis are 2-bedroom apartments measuring 990 sq ft, while the majority are 3- and 4-bedroom apartments from 1,701 to 2,013 sq ft.

The good response at these previews shows that the more discerning buyers, both local and foreigners, are once again looking at high-end properties in prime locations, Chong Hock Chang, general manager of Ho Bee Group told The Edge Singapore.

“At the end of the day, the design and location of the development are very important factors to consider when buying a property. And, [properties] that are priced competitively will always attract buyers,” he added.
