PETALING JAYA: Plenitude Heights Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Plenitude Bhd is launching semi-detached homes in two of its residential projects in Penang and Kedah on Nov 14.

The company is launching its latest 2-storey and 2½-storey semi-detached homes or Phase 1C at its Lot 88 project in Sungai Petani, Kedah, and 3-storey semi-detached homes at its Bayu Ferringhi project in Penang.

The Bayu Ferringhi project comprises 44 semi-detached houses and a condominium tower with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM200 million.

The project is sited on an 11-acre site and is scheduled for completion in June 2011 for the semi-detached units and March 2012 for the condominium.

“The condominium units are already more than 60% sold before their official launch next year while the semidees have accepted reservations,” the company said in a statement on Nov 12.

The built-ups for the semi-detached houses range from 3,442 sq ft to 4,069 sq ft and are priced from RM1.762 million onwards.

The condominium units are between 1,777 sq ft and 5,872 sq ft and priced from RM764,000, with an early bird discount of RM10,888 for units from level 2 to 10.

Meanwhile, at its Lot 88 project in Sungai Petani, the developer is launching Phase 1C with a GDV of RM50 million.

Phase 1C consists of 90 units of 2-storey semi-detached and 48 units of 2½-storey semi-detached houses.

“Phase 1C is expected to be completed by March 2010,” the company said.

Type A of the 2-storey semidees has a built-up of 2,357 sq ft and Type B has a built-up of 2,328 sq ft. Both are tagged from RM338,000.

The 2½-storey semidees have built-ups of 2,732 sq ft and 2,715 sq ft. Both types are priced from RM373,000.

“We have received good response as many prospective purchasers have registered interest in Phase 1C prior to our official launch,” the company said.

Phase 1C is expected to be completed in March 2010.
