Putrajaya Perdana awarded building contract

KUALA LUMPUR: Putrajaya Perdana Bhd is to build the New Intermark Retail Podium and Integra Tower along Jalan Tun Razak, the Group announced to Bursa Malaysia on Friday, July 2.

Through its wholly owned subsidiary Putra Perdana Construction Sdn Bhd, the project will commence on July 14 and is due to be completed on June 15, 2012, spanning a total of 23 months.

The cost of the development is RM321.5 million.

The Group's principal activities are constructing and developing properties, which it runs from Malaysia.
