SDB buys land in Sungai Buloh

KUALA LUMPUR (June 1): Selangor Dredging Bhd (SDB) has signed an agreement with Blue Ocean Harvest Sdn Bhd to acquire a piece of vacant leasehold land in Sungai Buloh for RM38 million.

The land measures 19,591 sq m at Pekan Baru Sungai Buluh, Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, with its lease period expiring on June 17, 2029.

SDB said the land has development potential and is part of the group's ongoing identification of suitable properties to add to its landbank.
