Speaking to recently, DTZ’s executive director Ungku Suseelawati Ungku Omar said the consultancy firm is currently in talks with several tenants for the shopping mall, in which it hopes to conclude by this year-end.

The mall with a net lettable area of 462,800 sq ft is located along Jalan SS2/72 within SS2 Petaling Jaya residential and commercial area. It was initially slated to open this year-end.

It will have supermarket, fast food restaurants and cafes and special concept stores.
