PETALING JAYA (Jan 9): Trinity Group Sdn Bhd has lined up projects with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM640 million for launch in 2012.

According to a Bernama report, its managing director, Datuk Neoh Soo Keat said the developer plans to launch four projects in the Klang Valley namely in Serdang, USJ 19 in Subang, Ampang and Taman Melawat in Kuala Lumpur, this year and next.

"The Serdang land will be a mixed development and this is expected to be the first project that we are going to launch this year, somewhere in March," he said after a key handover ceremony for Zest Point project at The Zest mixed development in Kinrara 9 in Puchong on Jan 9. The event was officiated by Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Seri Chor Chee Heung.

The Zest comprises 20 units of shop offices, 24 units of retail outlets and 720 units of serviced apartments. The developer has also built a RM7 million access ramp and a RM3 million access road to The Zest @ Kinrara 9 from the Bukit Jalil Expressway to lessen traffic congestion.

The company has two ongoing projects, the Latitud, a 15-unit semi-detached factory development project with a GDV of RM70 million and the Z Residence, a condominium residential project with a GDV of RM550 million."The Latitud will be completed in early 2013 while the Z Residence will be ready by July 2014," he said.

Neoh said the company would be looking for land overseas, especially in Asian countries, after developing a strong foothold in Malaysia. "It is still in the preliminary stage. We would look into it in two or three years," he said.
