KUALA LUMPUR: Niche boutique developer Bukit Kiara Properties Sdn Bhd expects its VERVE Suites which consists of four towers — Viva, Vibe, Vogue and Vox — to be fully sold within a year.
To date, Viva Tower A and Vibe Tower B are 100% sold out and completed.
"Vogue Tower C is 95% sold while Vox Tower D, which was previewed in June 2010, is 80% sold," Bukit Kiara Properties group managing director N K Tong told reporters here on Thursday, Jan 13.
Situated in the prime freehold land of Mont Kiara, VERVE Suites consists 933 serviced residences with a total gross development value of RM592 million.
The entire development is scheduled for completion in 2014. — Bernama
