Auction Process 

1. Identify the property

Take note of the description, address and the relevant information of the property you are interested in. 

2. Inspect the property

Bidders are advised to do a basic survey and inspection of the intended property for its external condition and surrounding area. Please note there is no viewing of inside unit for auction properties. 

3. Pre-registration

If you decide to proceed with bidding, please submit your bidder registration by providing us your full name (as per IC), IC no. and address.

4. Obtain POS /COS and carry out relevant checking on the property

Obtain a copy of Proclamation of Sales (POS) / COS. Conduct a caveat search / land search and seek legal advice on the property.

5. Prepare bank draft

Prepare a bank draft equivalent to 10% of the intended property Reserve Price. Be prepared to top up the difference between the 10% of the final sold price immediately after the auction.

6. Register on the auction day

On the day of auction, register yourself. A bidding card with number will be issued to identify the registered bidder during the auction.

7. Bidding

Bidder is to raise his/her hand to signify his/her interest to bid for the property. The successful bidder is identified as the highest offer during the bidding process. 

8. Successful bid

For successful bidder, additional funds may require to top up the difference between the initial 10% deposit and the final 10% of the successful purchase price.

Sign the Sales Contract. Bidder will be advised to collect the stamped Contract at a later time. Contact any banks to arrange for bank loans (within 90 days or 120 days).

9. Loss Bid

Proceed to the registration counter to retrieve relevant documents and bank draft without any charges.
