PPB Properties has unveiled the Lumina Bedong township development in Bedong, Kedah. The township has an estimated gross development value of RM900 million and is expected to complete by 2035.

Encorp Bhd has received a take-up rate of 70% for Iris, the second property launch for the Encorp Cahaya Alam township in Shah Alam. Following the good response, the developer is also eyeing to launch its final phase, Akasia 2, in this quarter.

During the State Legislative Assembly sitting on Monday (Dec 6), Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor said that the redevelopment will consist of hotels, resorts, residential and commercial areas equipped with parks and recreational areas.

The National Property Information Centre (Napic) has recently published a report on Nov 25 which shows that there were 30,290 unsold completed residential units worth RM19.75 bil as of September 2021 with 18,829 units are high-rise units and the remaining 6,803 units are of terrace houses. There were 30,926 units worth RM19.99 bil in the previous corresponding period.

Sited on eight acres, the serviced apartment comprising 1,450 units will have built-ups ranging from 600 sq ft to 850 sq ft. 

A commemorative plaque was unveiled to celebrate the momentous event.

The tourist-centred street in the historical cty is now like a ghost town with little to no people.

The development is sited on a 60-acre plot with an elevation of 220m in Habu.

McDonald’s' global total comparable store sales in the three months ended June 30, 2021 surged by 40.5%, pushing profits to US$2.2 billion (RM9.3 billion). 

The demolition and rebuilding will delay the scheduled delivery date by nine months to 2024.
