IJM Land Bhd’s landed residential development — Nova, which is part of its 3,800-acre Seremban 2 township, has been 70% taken up since it was launched on June 29, according to a press statement on Thursday.

International property consultancy firm Knight Frank forecasts that Kuala Lumpur’s prime office rental and vacancy rates will remain unchanged and stable for the next 12 months.

"The global data centre industry is growing quickly this year because of demand from artificial intelligence, machine learning, e-commerce, and cloud computing.
