Property consultancy firm Zerin Properties and Habitat Builders Sdn Bhd on Monday (Aug 8) announced their joint venture in Zerin Habitat Sdn Bhd to venture into the environmental, social and governance (ESG) rating and consultancy sector.
Formerly known as Menara HLA, Menara HLX will be offering customisable office layouts through a collaboration between Tower REIT, owner of the building, and EzyOffice. Under the collaboration, EzyOffice will provide several templates and dozens of variations for workspace units that range from 2,000 sq ft to 13,000 sq ft in Menara HLX for future tenants to choose from. The packages can be as comprehensive as including office furniture, partitions, wall, floor and ceiling coverings, as well as electrical and air conditioning works.
Comprising 106 floors, The Exchange 106 is one of the tallest buildings in Asia, of which 90% is office space. In operation since December 2019, The Exchange 106 is the corporate address to almost 20 multinational corporations occupying in excess of 700,000 sq ft of office space. This equates to a workforce of more than 6,000 people.

The single tower 53-storey mixed-use development project has a total gross floor area of 3,700 sq m (about 40,000 sq ft), with a height of 231 meters (about 2,500 sq ft). Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur features a private pool in each of its 275 suites, and is from Levels 13 and above, while Grandview Residence has 164-unit luxury residences from Levels 36 to 49. Both Imperial Lexis KL and Grandview Residence will be managed by Lexis Hotel Group.
In 2016, SDP struck a five-year brand licensing contract with the United States’ PGA Tour under the Tournament Players’ Club (TPC) network umbrella, which allowed SDP to utilise the TPC brand to host major golf tournaments and elevate the club’s global recognition and standards. The licence expired at the end of 2021.
