According to a press statement on Monday (April 11), SDPLOG will focus on investing and developing high-quality industrial and logistics real estate assets, such as E-Metro Logistics Park at Bandar Bukit Raja in Klang, Selangor.

Freesia Residences features 198 double-storey bungalows and semi-detached units with a choice of Side2Side and Back2Back layouts, suitable for multi-generational families and upgraders with built-ups from 3,769 sq ft and land sizes from 38ft by 90ft.

The RM2.5 million R&R centre project will sit on a 0.49-acre parcel land donated by Tropicana to the Langkawi authorities. The project is slated for completion by 3Q22. It will feature commercial lots, washroom, surau and more than 70 parking bays for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.
