Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said Putrajaya does not think that the project “should cost RM55 billion” as announced.  

The buyers alleged that additional pages that they had not signed were added into their contracts.

Funds of approximately RM3 billion were transferred from TRXC to 1MDB between mid-2012 and early 2017, on the understanding that the funds will  eventually be repaid to TRXC

That would encourage more usage of the public transportation.
