The Penang Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (Rehda) has called on the state government to look into development charges and various requirements imposed on developers and the industry in view of declining property sales.

The proposed development will sit on a 3.91-acre land in the Kwasa Damansara Township, which entails the building of 188 high-rise residential units.

This follows the launch of Acacia, comprising 121 units of 2-storey terraced houses, which is already sold out.
