New home sales in Shanghai dropped by 12%

SHANGHAI: New home sales in Shanghai declined 12% to 84,000 sq m (904,168 sq ft) between June 7 and 13, according to a statement by Shanghai Uwin Real Estate Information Services.

According to a report by ShanghaiDaily.com, sales of these new homes exclude those designated for relocated residents under urban redevelopment plans.

KHSB eyes RM1b project in PJ’s Section 14

SHAH ALAM: State-controlled Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Bhd (KHSB) is planning a high-end mixed development at a prime location in Section 14, Petaling Jaya with a potential gross development value (GDV) of nearly RM1 billion.
