Clean, safe and quiet, although with a bit of traffic congestion, the property can command attractive rental rates and sub-sale prices. Although sited on leasehold land, its position among other condominiums like Kiara Residence 2, Z Residence and the Rainz and Seedz lends it some prestige. 
Its prices are not too high but will probably appreciate more in the coming years. This development’s value is further elevated by its attractive design, which, along with efficient maintenance, helps make it a good long term investment whether for rental yield or for capital gain.
