Dubbed as Hampton Damansara, Malaysia Land Properties Sdn. Bhd. (Mayland) launched its maiden affordable luxury serviced apartment project in Country Heights Damansara in November 2016. The freehold project is estimated to have a gross development value of over RM700 million will comprise of 700 serviced apartment units over two 43-storey residential towers. The built ups of these units are between 915 sq. ft. and 1,351 sq. ft. with an indicative price from RM750 per sq. ft.

Each unit will be semi-furnished including kitchen cabinets, hood and hob, plaster ceiling, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in microwave oven and air conditioners. The residents will be able to enjoy all the lifestyle facilities that are incorporated in the development including an Olympic-sized saltwater swimming pool, an aqua gym, crystal salt sauna, an indoor golf simulator, forest amphitheatre and many more facilities covered over 70,000 sq. ft. floor area.

The developer is currently implementing a Mayland Loyalty Ownership Scheme which will allow easier ownership to its purchasers. The project also adhered to the strict building guideline of The Construction Quality Assessment System, a Singapore-certified standard assessment.

<h3>Our Verdict</h3> 

Once completed, Hampton Damansara will majestically overlook the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP) and the forested hillside of Bandar Sri Damansara. Although you might have to pass through the heavy traffic of the LDP expressway (the closely located toll booth and rush hours traffic), plenty of amenities are located close by within the nearby neighbourhood such as Empire City Damansara, Mutiara Damansara, Taman Tun Dr Ismail and Bandar Utama for your daily and entertainment needs.
