About this project

Suasana Sentral Condominium, developed by Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd (MRCB), is one of the many high-rise condominiums in KL Sentral, the capital city’s commuting centre. Thus, it was one of the most sought-after developments in the decade because of the growing demand for properties within the convenience of an urban centre built around a transit hub. 

This high-end condominium was conceptualised for those who practise the urbanite lifestyle and wants easy commute all over the Klang Valley through a network of railways, buses and taxies. 

Its unique design allows all eight units (standard layouts) on each floor to be corner units. The development has allocated 622 covered parking bays for residents and their guests, given the lack of public parking spaces available in the vicinity. 

The facility floor is located on the 6th level. 

Besides the transport hub, the residential high-rise is part of the KL Sentral master plan that consists of a financial precinct, office towers, shopping mall, serviced residences and five-star hotels.

SuasanaSentral Condominium is smack in the heart of a wide range of work, live and play lifestyle-driven developments that complement the area. The Nu Sentral shopping mall is a mere walk away.

Just a few minutes’ walk away is KL Sentral, which is a public transportation haven with choices of eight major rail systems: the KLIA Express Rail Link, Putra LRT, KTM Intercity, KTM Commuter, KL Monorail, KLIA Transit, Star LRT and upcoming MRT extensions. City buses and taxies also throng this area frequently. 

Additionally, motorists can access the development via major trunk roads, which are Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Jalan Istana, Jalan Bangsar, Jalan Syed Putra and Jalan Damansara. It is also connected to the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), Mahameru Highway and Federal Highway.

There are many amenities nearby like the Pantai Medical Centre and Universiti Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) located only a few kilometres away. Schools located a few hundred metres awayinclude SJK (T) Vivekananda, SMK Vivekananda, SJK Brickfieds, SJK Brickfields, SJK (C) St Theresa, SMK La Salle Brickfieds and Universiti Malaya.

The one-stop transportation and convenience hub may score with its amenities and accessibility, but this concrete jungle is one of the most densely locales in KL. 

Besides having to contend with the city hustle and bustle, privacy may be compromised, with numerous claims of other buildings being too close. Worse still, with units facing each other,they are exposedto neighbours through the windows. 

Traffic congestion is inevitable here because of the highdensity in addition to the high working population swarming in to the various international and established offices which have made KL Sentral their address. 

Adding to that, many commuters throng Little India and Nu Sentral for retail and F&B experience, leading to double parkingproblems along the roadsides, which may block all entries from KL Sentral to the condominium.  

However, SuasanaSentral is ideal for those who want to live in an urban setting that offers the best of work,play and live, especially for single or young working professionals. It is also suitable for those who often travel overseas, yet want to be well-connected to the city centre. Many expatriates have made this condo their homes.
