Secoya Residences in Pantai Sentral Park is the second residential phase launched by developer, IJM Land in 2015. The first residential phase was Inwood Residences which received a healthy take up rate of 80% since its launch in 2014. The built ups for these residential units range between 1,125 sq. ft. and 1,965 sq. ft. and priced from RM780 per sq. ft.

Just a stone-throw-away from major business and leisure districts such as Bangsar South, Bangsar, KL Sentral and Mid Valley City while overlooking the majestic lush 200-acre forest reserve, the residents of Secoya Residences will be able to enjoy nature at its best without compromising their comfort and city lifestyles. The development is also reasonably priced at RM780 per sq. ft. when compared with its neighbouring developments.
