Midfields lies in the centre of Taman Sungai Besi, which is located in the southern part of KL, between Cheras and Taman Desa. It is surrounded by established townships such as Kuchai Lama, Desa Petaling Salak South Baru, Taman Danau Desa, Bandar Sri Permaisuri and Bandar Tun Razak. Accessibility is eased through the East-West Link Expressway, Sungai Besi Expressway, KL-Seremban Highway as well as Maju Expressway. It is located 8km away from the Southern Integrated Terminal, the main transportation hub in KL, which houses various railway links and the long distance bus terminal. The launching price of the first block started from RM200,000 in 2008. It created a buzz during that period due to the attractive pricing and all the 308 units of Block A were fully sold over a weekend. The second block was launched in 2009, a year after Block A, and the final block which comprises 156 units was launched a week after due to overwhelming response from the buyers with average selling price of RM280,000. Its price growth momentum has continued over the years, with average transacted price having increased from RM397 psf in 2012 to RM489 in 1H2016.
